1.The experiences that you have or feel during and after meditation are purely personal and depend on the individual. So can’t really comment on it. One thing i can tell you is, a majority of the people feel (may not be always) Reiki energy as a tingling sensation, or warmth or light vibrations in their hands.

2.Reiki IS cosmic energy. Some may say it is a form of Cosmic energy. It is like comparing the wave and the ocean. Wave is a part of ocean. also, wave IS the ocean.

I have couple of doubts

1.Is the Reiki is some thing we feel kind of magnetism wave on hands after meditation we get or something else?

2.What is the difference between cosmic energy and Reiki?

Thank you for your suggestion. Meaning of Devi Mahatmyam is available as a pdf file as well as a web page. The text of Devi Mahatmyam in sanskrit is available as a pdf file as well as in a utf-8 web page. We will try to get audio for the same and add to the website.
